Seafood night has tons of options, and most of them make a pretty quick dinner! Seafood main proteins, especially fish fillets and shrimp, are super quick to defrost and cook up even faster.

I always get excited when I realize breakfast for dinner is an option! Since it's not traditional, I tend to forget about it. Putting it on this list as a reminder to myself! I rarely cook a huge full breakfast, but there's more time to do that for dinner. Breakfast burritos coming up!
