Here are a couple tips for using the meal planner:
- Make your weekly plan before you go to the grocery store – use your plan to make a list!
- Fill the daily notes section with instructions for future you (we all need a few reminders)
- Don’t be afraid to get creative, use arrows โก๏ธโ๏ธโ๏ธโ๏ธ or whatever helps your planning
- Use the snacks section to remind yourself of healthy snacks and produce you have
- Plan out your Sunday Meal Prep at the bottom – what you’ll be doing and the order you’ll be doing it!
