Homemade Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 4 cups roasted peanuts, salted or unsalted (about 520g)

Instructions

  1. Add peanuts to a high powered blender or Vitamix. Begin blending on low, and then increase to maximum speed. Use the tamper accessory on the Vitamix to help move the peanuts around and blend thoroughly. Blend for about one minute, or until the peanut butter appears creamy.
  2. Store in an airtight container for up to 10 days, or freeze for longer storage.
