  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into sticks
  • small handful chocolate candies

Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip Snack Box

  • 1/3 cup Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip (recipe below)
  • 23 Vanilla Baton Wafers (or any dipping cookie!)
  • 45 apple slices
  • 2/3 cup fresh berries

Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip (4 servings):

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep ingredients: Depending on which boxes you choose to make (all four, one of each?!), you’ll have different ingredients to gather and prepare. Be sure to cut ingredients, such as carrots and wafer baton sticks, into lengths that will fit into your chosen containers.
  2. Ants on a Log Snack Box: Use a butter knife to add peanut butter to the celery until it’s level with the edges, then place the raisins on top. Add 4-6 ants on a log to each meal prep container by gently stacking. Add your chosen sides (such as crackers and cheese, chocolate candies), place the lid on, and store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  3. Peanut Butter Cracker Sandwiches Box: Using a butter knife, spread a small amount of peanut butter on to 4-6 crackers in a thin layer (a little goes a long way), then place a cracker on top and turn it into a sandwich. Gently stack the cracker sandwiches into a meal prep container. Add your chosen sides such as berries and brie, place the lid on, and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  4. Peanut Butter Banana Rolls Snack Box: Use a butter knife to slather the tortilla with peanut butter, all the way to the edges. Lay the banana in the middle of the tortilla, breaking it in the middle if necessary. Roll the tortilla up with the banana inside. Use a serrated knife to cut the roll into 6 pieces and place them into the meal prep container. Add your chosen sides, such as carrot sticks and chocolate candies, place the lid on, and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  5. Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip Box: To make the yogurt dip, add all dip ingredients to a medium mixing bowl and stir until smooth. Depending on what yogurt you use, the dip will be thicker or thinner (I prefer a thicker dip made with Greek yogurt). Portion into containers or keep in a large bowl in the fridge for up to 5 days and enjoy as needed. Portion apples, berries, wafer sticks or other sides into meal prep containers with yogurt dip, place the lid on, and enjoy within 4 days.
